Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Impact Assistant. By creating an account, accepting a team invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service operator
Impact Assistant is a software product and trade name operated by Adnan Sobhey Alqutawna, a United States sole proprietor. The operator’s current operational address is 80 Rainey Street, Austin, TX 78701, United States. Public business details are available on the Company Information page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use separate member logins rather than sharing one login. Team owners are responsible for invited members and all activity billed to the team account.
3. Authorized calling only
You may use Impact Assistant only to contact people you are legally permitted to call. You are responsible for consent, do-not-call rules, calling hours, state and federal telemarketing laws, caller-identification requirements, recording laws, licensing obligations, and the content of every call. You may not use the service for harassment, fraud, spoofing, illegal robocalling, emergency services, premium-rate traffic, or any activity prohibited by Twilio or other service providers.
4. Dial plans and team limits
Plan dials are shared across the team and reset according to the applicable monthly billing period or service configuration. Teammate logins do not carry a separate seat charge, but one active team phone number is required for each active member or pending invitation. A team owner may set a lower monthly cap for individual members. Calls are blocked when the shared plan allowance or an enforced member cap is reached. Unused dials do not roll over unless expressly stated.
5. Phone numbers and local presence
One primary number may be included with a plan. Additional state numbers are billed at the price shown during checkout, currently $5 per month for each selected state. Number availability is controlled by the telephone provider and is not guaranteed. Impact Assistant may use the primary number as a fallback when no matching state number is active.
6. Payments
The team owner is responsible for subscription and add-on charges. Twilio resources and purchased numbers are not provisioned until a verified payment event is received. Recurring charges continue until canceled through the billing portal or as otherwise permitted. Taxes and provider charges may apply. If a selected state number cannot be provisioned, the associated first-month add-on charge may be refunded or credited.
7. Detection and automation
Human, voicemail, screener, and appointment detection are automated and may occasionally be incorrect. You must supervise use of the dialer and may not rely on automated classification as a guarantee. We may update detection, routing, limits, or workflows to improve reliability or comply with provider requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, excessive risk, provider restrictions, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the service. Third-party providers may independently disable calling or numbers. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by provider enforcement, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
Impact Assistant, its software, designs, branding, and documentation are owned by the service operator or licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with the service except where law expressly permits.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost commissions, lost leads, missed appointments, regulatory penalties caused by your conduct, indirect damages, or loss arising from third-party services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Impact Assistant during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
