Privacy Policy

1. Service operator

Impact Assistant is a software product and trade name operated by Adnan Sobhey Alqutawna, a United States sole proprietor. The service operator’s current operational address is 80 Rainey Street, Austin, TX 78701, United States. Business and privacy communications may be sent to [email protected]. Additional public business details are available on our Company Information page.

2. Information we collect

We collect account and billing information such as your name, email address, telephone number, team membership, subscription, selected calling states, and payment status. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Impact Assistant.

We collect usage information needed to operate and improve the service, including dial activity, lead identifiers, telephone numbers called, caller ID used, call status, duration, machine-or-human classification, dispositions, appointment records, team-member activity, device identifiers, login times, and technical logs.

Impact Assistant’s local voicemail classifier processes call audio inside the browser. We do not store call audio by default. Audio may be uploaded only when a recording feature is intentionally enabled or used.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide calling and local-presence features, enforce plan and member limits, process payments, provision telephone numbers, deliver invitations and password resets, calculate dashboards, prevent fraud, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including Twilio for telephone services, Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and other infrastructure providers required to operate the service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Team accounts

A team owner can invite members, view team-level usage and appointment statistics, set individual monthly dial caps, deactivate members, and manage billing and phone numbers. Team members should understand that work activity performed under the team subscription is visible to the team owner.

6. Retention and security

We retain account, billing, call metadata, and appointment information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted secrets, session revocation, and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update account information, reset your password, request account closure, or ask questions about your information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

8. Calling compliance

Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each lead and for honoring consent, do-not-call, time-of-day, recording, and telemarketing requirements. Impact Assistant records certain compliance-related events, such as DNC skips, to help teams manage their workflows.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date and legal version will be posted on this page. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.

10. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].
